Job Description
- Prepare and submit interim progress claims and variation claims
- Procurement of contractors and suppliers
- Valuation and assessment of payment claims by sub-contractors
- Review Contract Documents and identify irregularities
- Prepare contractual correspondence involving time and cost implications
- Assist the supervisor in the preparation of EOT, acceleration, prolongation and cost claims etc.
- Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers and internal teams
- Ensure resource usage is optimized
- Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations and tables.
- Ensure all project hand over in time and also follow the schedule
- Be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of project planning and management procedures, practices, and techniques
Additional Information
- Engineering or Civil / Structural Engineering Degree or Diploma or its equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years relevant experience.
- Preferred QS or site engineer experience
- Positive and keen to learn attitude.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task
- Bilingual English/ Chinese with good communication skills
- With relevant WSQ certification will have added advantage
- Working hours: 8 am to 5pm (Mon to Fri) 8am to 12.30pm (Sat)
