Job Responsibilities:
• Handle routine, ad-hoc, and maintenance tasks within the factory.
• Plan and implement comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance for various machines, equipment, and facilities.
• Identify and stock critical machine parts to minimize machine downtime.
• Manage the spare parts inventory and ensure it stays within the cost budget.
• Set up machines and ensure they operate smoothly before handing them over to production.
• Keep maintenance schedules, procedures, machine manuals, risk assessments, and checklists up to date, and develop new standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed.
• Train and guide team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians in their assigned duties.
• Coordinate with vendors for job quotations and machine retrofits.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in equipment and facility maintenance. Hands-on experience with motors, pumps, formulation tanks, scrubbers, dust collectors, chillers, and air compressors is a plus.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
