HR Easily is looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an Operations Executive. This role will provide crucial support across our corporate functions, focusing on Human Resources, Administration, and Marketing. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to company leadership, managing diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organizational efficiency and attention to detail. Note: this is NOT a Secretarial/Administrative Role
Responsibilities:
Corporate Support:
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders to uphold company relationships.
- Oversee office operations to maintain efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies.
Human Resources:
- Assist in recruiting efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records, address HR inquiries, and support HR initiatives.
Marketing Support:
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and sponsorships.
- Monitor social media platforms, draft content, and assist with digital marketing efforts.
Special Projects:
- Undertake assigned special projects from the CEO, which may include research, presentations, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Human Resources, Marketing, Administration, or Finance in an independent contributor role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with numeracy, proficient in creating and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
