Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our operations at Killiney. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, possess strong leadership skills, and be able to work independently. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of the store, maintaining excellent customer relations, and overseeing the team to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store.
- Supervise and motivate staff members to ensure high level of productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and manage duty roster effectively.
- Prepare and serve coffee and signature items according to company standards.
- Plan and implement daily housekeeping routines to maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
- Ensure upkeep of kitchen equipment and dining facilities.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to enhance the store's reputation.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and extended hours as required.
- Perform closing duties, including cash reconciliation and ensuring security protocols are followed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Dynamic and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Basic understanding of cashier duties and cash handling procedures is an advantage.
