- Manage daily operations of a logistics team
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff and follow the direction given by Warehouse Branch Manager
- To provides supervisory & technical skills to the operations
- Monitor all inventory and warehouse activities
- Plan and schedule inbound and outbound shipment
- Work closely with Branch Manager to ensure operation and practices are in compliance with workplace safety and to achieve the assigned KPI
- Lead process optimization and ensure efficiency in transport operations
- Perform simple SAP transaction (GR / PGI/ DO creation).
- Manage warehouse inventory (cycle count) and accountability (periodic stock take).
- Coordinate with warehouse team and customers for urgent delivery matters.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and report any stock adjustments
- Ensure KPI is met and prompt submission of reports
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
Job Requirements:
- Preferably with Forklift license
- Candidate must have supervisory experienced in warehouse operations
