We are seeking a proficient Mandarin Language Translator to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to provide accurate and efficient real-time translation services. This role involves working during night hours to cater to clients across various industries and domains.
Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time translation services from Mandarin to English and vice versa during customer interactions.
- Translate a variety of subjects ranging from simple to complex, non-technical to technical topics across industries such as healthcare, government, finance, utilities, and more.
- Ensure accurate and effective communication between customers and call center representatives.
- Assist non-English-speaking customers in understanding and resolving their inquiries or issues.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English languages, with strong verbal in communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules as required.
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills to accurately interpret conversations
- 1 year contract (renewable)
- 5 days' work week across Monday - Sunday
- Working hours: 40 hours per week / night shift schedule (8hrs shift between 9pm - 9am)
- Working from home (SINGAPORE ONLY)
- Salary $18/hr
