Roles & Responsibility
Report and work closely with Asia Demand Manager, Regional Product Manager, Country Sales & Commercial Manager, Sales & Commercial team (CSRs, Account managers) and Supply Chain team.
Alignment on actions planned to execute, support executional processes and work towards improvement and enable alignment based-processes targeted at future plans for product lines across Asia sub-regions. Lead in KPI ((MFA, Bias, Tracking Signal) improvement works, and set metric as benchmark measurement for improvement, data analysis and extraction of data from the demand and business systems to make informed decision.
Analyse demand trends, project challenges input vs. data assumptions, and follows-up on actions from steps of the Demand processes. Assist Asia Demand Manager in prioritizing demand when supply is under constraint to ensure customer service level is optimized and not compromised based on sales & marketing strategies.
In charge monthly routine data quality checks, outlier corrections and realignments with support from sub-regional Demand Planners and Commercial team.
Lead in sub-regional meeting in charge of presentation to the business leaders based on monthly statistical forecast and provide business analysis and insights on forecast performance through the effective communication and analysis of metrics reports and dashboards.
Requirements:
- Min diploma/degree in supply chain or equivalent with 3-5 years of supply chain planning experience
- Preferred with manufacturing/chemical industry experience
- SAP knowledge
