Job Descriptions:
- Perform full cycle of recruitment process for contract staffing and permanent placements.
- Assess hiring requirements and accurately match the job within the given timeline.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with the management to establish hiring plans and deliver creative solutions for the better outcome.
- Participate in career fairs and maintain good rapport with the partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and gather market intelligence to remain competitive.
Requirements:
- Minimally a diploma or degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR related field.
- Proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to express ideas clearly in verbal and written format.
- Adaptable and agile to fit in fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
- Highly driven and proactive team player.
- A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
- Having basic CEI certification would be advantageous.
