Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for supervising construction sites and electrical projects.
- Responsible for ensuring that a project is completed on time and within budget.
- Update on projects progress and reporting to Director.
- Deploy / coordinating and supervising construction workers.
- Arrange tools and materials collection / delivery to sites.
- Making safety inspections and conduct meetings with workers on daily job requirements.
- Ensure safety compliance across the worksites.
- Maintaining quality control procedures and cost saving methods.
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings.
- Writing reports and do paperwork related to projects.
- Helping to source and negotiating new contracts and new clients.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical and Electronics / Civil Engineering / Project Management / Business Administration or relevant trade certificates.
- 10-15 years’ experience in a construction environment or project-based work site.
- Certified Construction Site Safety Supervisor or building trade vocational certificates.
- Depth knowledge in electrical & electronic field required.
- Able to communicate fluently and write well in English.
- Possess driving licences, Class 2B (Motor) or Class 3 (Car)
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule (nights and weekends, as needed)
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
