- To assign work tasks to various personnels within the Operation Department.
- To handle complaints and feedback.
- Communicate and coordinate on customers orders and various requirements.
- Ensuring smooth delivery of cargoes to customers/site within schedule.
- Required to handle import/export permits and various documents as required by the customer.
- Application of required customs and LTA permits etc…
- Other admin and billing functions.
Requirements
- Min GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels
- Min 1 year similar work experience
- Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply, must be willing to learn
- PC literate
- Well organize & able to multi-task
- Willing to work in West Area (Company transport from Joo Koon/Choa Chu Kang MRT)
