Responsibilities :
- Ensuring that client information details are kept up-to-date
- Invoice processing
- Provide administrative support in regards to billing enquiry, data entry and filing of invoices etc.
- Generates shipping labels and billing documents
- Liase with customer through telecommunication and email
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Min GCE 'O' Levels
- Entry Level candidates are welcome
- PC literate
- Well organize & able to multi task
- Willing to work in West Area (Company transport at Choa Chu Kang & Joo Koon MRT)
