Factory Operation Manager

Mayson Bakery Pte Ltd

We are expanding and we're looking for an enthusiastic leaders, for our Central Kitchen, preferably with operational background in Food and Services industry to join us as our Factory Operation Manager!


Requirements:

You are a seasoned department head with broad knowledge of the business and is able to set and manage expectations, directs, coordinates the internal structure of the organisation based on our company policies, goals and objectives to ensure an efficient working environment and that deadlines are met consistently. You will play a pivotal role to guarantee customer satisfaction, maximize our company’s operating capabilities and guarantee customer retention.


Job Scope:

- Able to motivate employees and have good interpersonal relationship skills

- Have related confectionery production manager experience

- Enforcing policies and procedures according to regulations and company requirement

- Contribute operational information and recommendations to strategic/action plans to be

implemented.

- Ensure proper cost control such as managing low production wastage and ensuring

competitive sourcing of raw and packaging materials.

- Come up with a structured production schedule.

- Analyze and improve production process and workflow and implement changes if

needed.

- Ensure products produced from the factory is of high quality.

- Improve on existing inventory stock control

- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing

standards and procedures complying with legal regulations.

- Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed

- Responsible for production supervisors as well as line workers, with review/approval

responsibility for all operations employees

- Run a safe, injury/accident-free workplace

- Responsible for all aspects of fleet management including maintenance and route planning

- Establish contracts and pricing and ensuring proper maintenance of factory and equipment

- Manage relationships with key operations vendors and suppliers

- Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment

- Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment

quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site. In particular, this includes any

issues on-site

- Communicate all operating policies and/or issues during management meetings



Location: This position is in Tuas
