Job Description
To create and lead a sales team for a local safety equipments firm.
Responsibilities
- Report to board of directors on sales plan and marketing mechanism
- Service existing company clients, maintain good relationship and increase sale
- Development potential clients and bring in new business
- Be sales orientated and aggressive in achieving sales target
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements & Benefits
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or business development
- Must have good knowledge and hands on experience in the workflow and market practice in Safety Equipments (Road Safety, Construction Safety, Marine Safety, PPE, Fire Safety, Industry Safety, etc.) purchasing, tendering and installation
- Flexible working hours and own arrangement on working location
- Periodically report to office for reporting or meeting
- Basic salary + transport allowance + commission
