Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive corporate strategies for the company together with managers and by communicating with various internal and external stakeholders
- Research and analyze container shipping industries, and review the mid-term strategy/actions as necessary
- Report business environment analysis to the management, provide necessary information to renew and establish corporate strategy in due course and take any necessary action
- Pursue sustainable growth opportunities and plan/execute it to grow ONE’s business and corporate value
- Manage necessary tasks as a core member of strategic project, including (but not limited to) research, planning, negotiation, communication with internal/external stakeholders, preparation of materials/documents, etc, to make the project successful
Requirements
- Degree in related field
- Strategic and critical thinker, with strong communication and project management skills
- Basic finance/accounting, and legal experience/knowledge is necessary
- Working experience in corporate strategy, investment planning/execution is necessary
- Shipping industrial knowledge, with working experience in sustainability is preferred
- Proficiency in Japanese language preferred, to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
