- Greet and welcome guests, direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Upkeep of the reception area is clean, tidy and presentable
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Order office supplies (stationery/toiletries) and keep inventory up-to-date
- Support project team on Preparing Quotations, Track, update and filing of progress claims
- Vehicle Insurance and Road Tax Renewal
- Photocopier machine maintenance and service
- Data entry for workers attendance is to be updated into TMS (Infotech)
- Assist in distributing worker’s salary slips
- Enrol & upskill workers for courses as requested by Project Team
- Track, record and safekeep all worker’s Passport movement
- Assist in purchasing workers air ticket
