Responsibilities
- Manage delivery green building certification projects with minimal supervision.
- Prepare calculations and simulations for green building credit compliances such as ACMV total system efficiency, lighting power budget, renewable energy feasibility, embodied carbon etc.
- Prepare & review reports, products, materials, equipment, specifications and any other documents that can impact the Green Building Assessment and provide guidance to the project team on requirements for the projects before approval or procurement.
- Prepare and update specifications and Tender requirements for projects in line with targeted Green Building Certification frameworks and targeted award levels.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for various project stakeholders.
- Developing bespoke sustainability and net zero energy and carbon strategies for specific projects
- Attending project/client meetings on a regular basis.
- Coordinate and conduct workshops with multidisciplinary consultants, building owners, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
About You:
- 2+ years’ experience in the consultancy industry, ideally in sectors such as green building[KS1] [KD2] , energy, carbon management etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or master’s in building services engineering or equivalent.
- LEED Associate/AP will be advantageous
- GreenMark Associate/AP will be advantageous
- Able to review, understand and interpret design and construction documentation, including floor plans, engineering schematics and schedules, specifications, shop drawings and operating sequences.
- Able to operate CAD, Revit, IES VE etc.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for Lead Consultant position
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident is a requirement.
