We are passionate to develop our people to create the next generation of leaders by training and promoting from within. We are proud to see our Management Trainees grow with us and take on more senior leadership roles within our group!
As a Management Trainee, you will assist our leaders and will be trained in the full suite of restaurant operations, including manpower planning, stock control, quality control, coffee operations, people management and excellent customer service delivery.
As part of the 12-month training program, new recruits typically spend six months learning the basics of cafe operations. Once they master the workings of key positions in the cafe, they are given increasing levels of responsibility and training in preparation to take the next step in their career. Each level of learning involves an extensive training sequence conducted both in the academy and in operations. At the end of the 12-month program, trainees receive a completion bonus.
CMCR is on a mission to be a champion of specialty coffee and the best brunch in Asia. We have exciting goals to grow in Singapore and throughout the region, this growth brings massive opportunities for our teams to grow in our careers.
