Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's sales strategy, focusing on the SEA market, to achieve business objectives and enhance brand awareness.
- Manage the sales team, guiding members in market expansion, client retention, and business promotion.
- Ensure the positioning and market share of company products in the SEA market, continually optimizing our insurance SaaS products and business models.
- Establish and maintain close collaborative relationships with clients and partners to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation.
- Stay informed about the dynamics of the SEA insurance software market and industry policies, conducting market analysis and competitive intelligence to support the company's strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements:
- Extensive experience in complex software sales, with Annual Contract Values (ACVs) above $500k USD and sales cycles of 6 months or more.
- Preferably, work experience in selling to P&C Insurers across SEA
- Deep familiarity with the Southeast Asian insurance market, understanding industry trends and client needs, and possessing a strong network and industry resources.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, capable of efficient communication and collaboration with clients and partners.
- Strong team spirit and leadership capabilities, able to lead the team to achieve collective business objectives.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
- Strong learning and adaptability skills, able to adjust to a rapidly changing work environment, including managing across time zones.
