YOUR ROLE
- Real time Production line support. Recommends, develops and implement corrective actions for resolving equipment or process problems that do not respond to normal method.
- Tracks equipment performance through a knowledge of SPC, eSTAR alarms, cause stoppages and initiate action plans.
- Recommends and uses special tools and test equipment as part of an overall diagnostic technique on complex system failures (eg leak detector, wafer alignment jig etc).
- Reviews and develops and approves appropriate PM procedures and checklist so as to improve operational performance of equipment.
- Update and maintain all PM procedures & checklists to align with the existing working process or after new learnings.
- Plan consumables and spare parts to be available to service equipment.
- Perform FMEA on all critical equipment or process. Study the practices and robustness of the existing procedures and introduced the best possible preventive and / or predictive improvement action based on data collected.
- Training of AME to troubleshoot tool issues in order to maintain equipment up time.
- Sourcing and driving of cost reduction projects.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering.
- Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye to details.
- High degree of interpersonal skills and able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication and project management skills
