Job Description:
- Assist the Finance Manager in the daily Accounts and Admin activities.
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Be responsible for monthly closing and maintain data entry of accounting software to assist in annual audit exercise.
- Process staff claims by recording entry and verifying documentation.
- Liaise and handle invoicing queries and payment collection (AR & AP).
- Monitor and follow-up outstanding payments.
- Maintain proper filling and documentation.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- LCCI Certificate, Diploma or equivalent and higher.
- Prefer minimum 1 or 2 years experience.
- Knowledge in MYOB is a plus.
