This position is responsible for the overall performances of the agency Security Officers and the company’s housekeeping team.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Superior in liaison with the security agency on the deployment, allocation and performance of the Security Officers.
• Enforce company rules and regulations; and standard procedures in the workplace.
• Respond to calls on emergency; incidents and accidents in the company premises, including the company dormitories in the vicinity.
• Conduct random spot checks on the company premises after office hours.
• Oversee the schedules and duties of the housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness of the premises.
• Support the Superior in identifying and implementing effective measures to improve the overall security and housekeeping functions.
Requirements:
- Valid PLRD security license
- Relevant experience in the security and fire safety in industrial environments
- Police background with investigation skills will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good leadership and organizational skills
- Independent team player
- Able to communicate and coach Mandarin-speaking employees effectively
- Remuneration will commensurate with relevant experience
