Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining and supporting the Attractions work order and preventative maintenance systems using Maximo software.
- Maximo Anywhere live support and liaise with IT to trouble-shoot Maximo issues
- Track and plan with the respective Attraction Managers to ensure necessary maintenance works for various Attractions are appropriately prioritized and scheduled.
- Track and plan with asset team to ensure necessary certifications for tools are appropriately prioritized and scheduled.
- Maintain various Department’s documents including manuals, drawings, maintenance records, compliance certification, Standards, Bulletins and respective reports are kept aligned with OEM’s requirements.
- Maintain all training databases/documents and SOPs for all attractions. To assist on creation of training manuals (PQS) for various attractions in accordance to Ride Manager’s finalized version.
- Generate USS/ACW/Outzone Attractions Uptime, Weekly APM report, Quality and Ride Vehicles Cycle Count Reports.
- Update & Follow up Pass-down report, Equipment listing, Past Due WO reports.
- Y-Drive (network drive) Administrator & training administrator.
- To support both Internal and External Audits.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in technical field preferably in Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electrical areas
- Proficient in editing software (Adobe In-Design) in training set up
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Min 3 years of experience in similar role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
