Job Responsibility:
· Handle travel arrangements, transport, accommodation and visa applications
· Responsible for day-to-day administration functions and duties
· Manage calendars and schedules, handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence
· Provide secretarial support and administrative support to CEO
· Coordinate and make arrangements for meetings/appointments
· Liaise with internal and external parties
· Other adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
· Minimum 1-2 years of work experience
· Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
· Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin as coordination work is required with counterparts in China
· Meticulous and careful, able to organize well and multi-task
· Able to work independently
· Only Singaporeans/Permanent Resident
