We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Manager to join our team at our business expansion phase of our Singapore office to manage our customer relations, improve customer service experience, and facilitate the organic growth of our company.
Salary –Negotiable based on experience.
Work Location: Hybrid between office and remote working.
Schedule: Mondays to Saturday 9am to 6pm
Job requirements:
- Taking ownership of customer issues and following problems through to resolution
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer concerns and inquiries
- Excellent written and verbal skills to interact with potential clients and manage feedback in a constructive manner.
- Experience of internet marketing/on-line shop is essential
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
- Ability to work both independently and with different teams and manage multiple tasks with ease.
- Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
- Maintain and orderly workflow according to priorities
- Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
- Requires travelling to Malaysia and Hong Kong
Preferred skills & qualifications
- Diploma or above in communication, Online Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3years of experience as a Customer Service Manager (Online or Offline)
- Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
- Familiarity with customer service and customer relations.
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Cantonese is an advantage
