- Assist in the management and oversight of the participating fund, ensuring all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct detailed actuarial analysis and modeling to support par fund management, including regular financial reporting and performance assessment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actuarial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present clear, concise reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Utilize actuarial software (DCS and Prophet) to perform valuations, projections, and other relevant actuarial tasks.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support par fund analysis and reporting.
- Ensure meticulous documentation and record-keeping of all actuarial processes and outputs.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of par fund management processes.
Skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of actuarial experience, with a focus on par fund reporting.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Meticulous and thorough in approach, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality.
