- Monitor Construction Projects and ensure that the timeline is on schedule.
- Take initiative to report to the project manager on the progress of the construction works.
- Ensuring site safety by making safety inspections.
- Take care of site problem-solving
- Keeping of low construction wastage treshold
- Liaising with main-con and sub-cons on security clearance and work progress
- Co-ordinate with main-con for any site related submissions
- Any other site-related items given by his/her direct superior
