Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and committed individual to join our team as a Office Manager (Part-time), to be a part of our growing professional services arm.
This is a part-time position, offering a work arrangement of 2.5 to 4 days per week, based at our Singapore office.
The ideal candidate is looking for opportunities for exposure in a professional services firm, is well organised and demonstrates excellent communication skills.
Suitable for candidates looking for flexibility in your schedule.
Location: Raffles Place (Nearest MRT – Telok Ayer MRT)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the organisation and coordination of office administration duties and office procedures
- Maintains office services by organising office operations and processes
- Collate and coordinate with clients’ on mail pickup
- Coordinate with clients on sending and receiving of documents
- Support account managers in drafting of corporate resolutions
- Support account managers with routine corporate actions such as filing procedures.
- Procure and maintain office supplies and pantry suppliers
- Office administrative project and work as and when required
- Streamlining, planning and coordinating administrative procedures and processes
- Other adhoc duties
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in office administration
- Required skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
- Problem solving attitude
- Enjoys working in a team in a flat and open hierarchy
- Able to multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
