THE ROLE

As SearchAsia is rapidly growing and always on a lookout for new talents with fresh ideas, the role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist is critical for our business to grow and achieve our goals.


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support the different teams in their pursuit of a recruitment consultant suited for their team, by applying effective recruitment methodologies, while aligning hiring decisions with our goals.


You will also be involved in other HR areas such as onboarding, talent management, learning & development, and employee engagement.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

· Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding and selection process initiatives.

· Create and execute end-to-end hiring processes.

· Identify potential candidates using a variety of sourcing channels, such as, LinkedIn and MyCareersFuture.

· Interview and assess potential candidates to ensure culture and personality fit for SearchAsia.

· Form close relationships with hiring manager to ensure clear candidate/employer expectations.

· Stay up to date with recruiting best practices, understand developments in recruitment to improve hiring efficiency.

· Come up with new ideas to plan and organize company events and campus outreach programs.


REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management / Business Administration / Social Sciences / Humanities / Art

· 1 to 3 years of relevant experience

· Excellent written, communication and negotiation skills

· Open to new knowledge with the willingness to learn and adapt

· Good observation skills and attention to details

· Good Social Media management skills
