Job Description:
- Prepare Project Execution Plan/ Logistic Plan/ Construction Plan.
- Project Controls including Contract Administration for Time Analysis/ Implications, preparing and serving Contractural Notices (Time Implications)
- Analyze, prepare and apply Extension of Time for Completion.
- Coordinate with Project Team.
- Prepare and submit weekly/ monthly project status (Site progress) to document controller for weekly/ monthly report compilation.
- Ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in Construction Management or Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field in Singapore’s Construction industry.
- Must have the knowledge using Primavera (P6), MS Project software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
