Job Description
- Assisting with department's daily routine.
- Handle data entry, bookkeeping and clerical duties.
- Verification of in/outbound documentation to stakeholders are accurate & recorded.
- Working closely with internal departments and ensuring prompt follow-up on related matters.
- Ad hoc duties that are assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Entry level candidates are welcome
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or ITE / Diploma / Degree / Professional Certification in Accounting are welcome to apply.
- Willingness to learn with a positive attitude.
- Computer literate.
- Thorough, organised and responsible.
- Strong command of the English language - to assist and communicate with stakeholders.
- A team player who is able to manage tasks independently with minimum supervision.
- Candidates with experience will have an added advantage,
