Responsibilities
- Merge patient records and assist in managing deficiencies in the Epic system.
- Support Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and physical audits.
- Manage reports and perform data analysis.
- Handle EMR access requests and related inquiries.
- Update systems to track and monitor medical record statuses.
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries.
- Actively participate in Hospital-wide / Departmental quality improvement projects.
- Ensure confidentiality of patients' data at all times.
- Assist executives with adhoc tasks as required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business or a related field.
- Previous experience in records library duties and customer service is preferred.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential.
