•Acquires job skills and becomes familiar with company policies and procedures to complete routing assignments/task in creative and effective ways. Basic understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job.
•Works on assignments that are routine to moderate complex in nature and require basic problem resolution and independent judgement.
•Work is completed with minimal/zero supervision and assignments may be completed without established procedures.
•May determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
•Typically provides guidance to other “New” non- exempt employee(s) during “buddy” system.
•Compiling data for reports, coordinating work processes following work unit manager’s directions and other established administrative procedures.
Education and Experience Required
•High school or equivalent secondary education certification required. and 0-1 years of working experience.
Knowledge and Skills
· Must be able to follow instructional in written documents in English & able to follow Verbal instructions in English.
· Written and verbal communication skills; mastery in local language and moderate proficiency in English.
· Preferable with QA Testing experience who know the important of test goal and attention to detailed
· Time sensitive to deliver to test goal as well as have sense of urgency
· Basic User of PC
· Proficient in using PC Apps and Mobile Apps (Example: Download apps, Change settings, upgrade Software Version..)
· Expected to do some lifting job (Example: Printers, Cartridges, Media)
· Basic clerical skills, including data entry, filing, document completion and telephone and email usage.
