Our healthcare client is looking for a proactive and dynamic Assistant/Manager to drive strategic development and operational efficiency of clinical services within the department at their hospital.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and implement new care models and clinical services.
- Redesign patient journeys through improvement projects and new developmental initiatives.
- Lead a team in Project Management, Data Collection & Analysis, Resource Management, Event Management & Logistics, and other administrative responsibilities.
- Engage with multi-disciplinary stakeholders including Ministry of Health, National Health Group, community partners, and vendors on clinical service strategies, infrastructure, IT issues, and financials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 8-10 years of healthcare administration experience.
- Strong project management and numerical proficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
