Responsibilities:
- Resolving guest complaints and reporting any accidents to the director.
- Cleaning and sanitising work areas, changing treatment room sheets, and sterilizing all instruments and equipment before each use.
- Explaining to guests and providing suitable recommendations as needed.
- Ensuring that the shop is adequately stocked with supplies and reporting shortages to the director.
- Enquiring about guests' medical conditions and allergies before providing any services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and manage the franchise expansion process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential franchisees and business partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to guide business decisions.
