Daiyo is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as an Accounts Executive. We are looking for candidates with a background in accounting or bookkeeping, ideally with experience in handling corporate sales and customer service. While the primary focus is on accounts and bookkeeping, the role also includes managing online corporate sales inquiries and providing after-sales customer service. This position does not require visiting customers. All ages are welcome to apply!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Bookkeeping & Accounts:
  1. Issue Invoices
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  3. Handle accounts receivable and payable.
  4. Prepare financial statements and reports.
  5. Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger entries.
  • Corporate Sales Management:
  1. Manage online inquiries for corporate sales.
  2. Coordinate with internal teams to process sales orders.
  3. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for corporate clients.
  4. Monitor and follow up on payments and outstanding balances.
  • Customer Service:
  1. Provide after-sales support to corporate clients.
  2. Address and resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
  3. Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ad Hoc Duties:
  1. Assist with financial audits and regulatory compliance.
  2. Support the management team with special projects as needed.

Bonus If (alternatively, can learn on the job)

  • Familiar with accounting software and online sales platforms.
  • Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Working Hours:

  • 5.5 Days: Monday to Friday (9 am to 6 pm), Saturday (9 am to 1 pm).

Salary Component:

  • Basic Salary: $2400
  • Sales Commission: Based on online & corporate sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary School Education or equivalent; accounting qualifications are a plus.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Attitude: Positive working attitude and ability to multi-task.
  • Experience: Prior experience in accounts or corporate sales is preferred.
  • Technology: Comfortable with using digital tools for sales and bookkeeping.
