Job Title: Project Manager (ID8237)
Location: Potong Pasir, Singapore
Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 9AM-6PM, Sat 9AM-1PM
Salary: $5000 - $6800
Job Description:
• Ensure smooth operation of project flow from start to end.
• Schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
• Understand Project plans and Specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
• Read and extract bill of quantity from drawings.
• Drafting of AutoCAD drawing, layout drawing, shop drawing & electrical line diagram.
• Regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
• Manage Project Payment Claim.
• Follow up on project and work schedule.
• Maintain control of all project submission and documentation.
• Monitor fabrication and production progress.
• Maintain/update project records.
• Assist the project team with site safety documentation and coordination.
• Assist the project team with documenting job progress, schedule.
• Creating and distributing project closeout material, as-build drawings, O and M manuals to owner once project is complete
• Document filing and control, file and retrieve corporate documents, records and report including digitised them into the computer system in each of their respective folder
• Data entry into the company software.
• Check and reply of emails from client.
• Provide engineering assistance.
• Assist in preparation of ISO documentation.
• SETSCO/STS/PSB coordination
