- 5+ years progressively responsible experience in network engineering/architecture.
- Strong understanding in LAN Cisco technologies, Proxies (Z-Scaler), WIFI Cisco environment, Firewall (PaloAlto) and VPN.
- Hands on experience on High end Switches (Cisco Nexus Switches, Aruba switches, Aruba Wireless, Dell Switches, Infoblox DNS and DHCP)
- Experience in pharma industry is mandatory.
- Detailed knowledge of network concepts and protocols such as BGP, OSPF, STP, HSRP, Load Balancing.
Main ROLE:
- Install, configure, test, and support highly available LAN, WLAN, WAN and data center networks.
- Track all equipment RMAs and ensure that proper levels of spare inventory are maintained.
- On-site client support and user escalations base on incidents and service requests
- Test and validate all new hardware and connections for proper configuration and performance
- Troubleshoots and resolves critical network and system issues.
