Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Account Managers/clients in delivering high-end creative design solutions for retail projects
- Conceptualizing design based on requirements
- Provide design solutions to meet cost-effectiveness and on-time deliveries.
- Able to coordinate all of the design work required during construction projects.
- Planning and execution of all projects related to Retail Design (stores, counters, podiums)
- Generate quality technical build drawings for key projects with high level of accuracy for effective delivery of design
- Keeps tab on current competitive market merchandising trends.
- Manage brand asset library, maintains clear content storage for future reference.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree, specializing in Interior Design/Architecture, Industrial Design or relevant background
- At least1-2 years experience in designing for retail spaces, with a strong knowledge for merchandising. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Software knowledge in Sketch-Up, Adobe Suite. AutoCAD is a plus
- A team player with minimal supervision and has an eye for detail, versatile with a willing to learn attitude.
- Ability to work well in high volume, fast-paced environment
- Ability to plan and manage design team efforts to effectively meet deadlines
- Be open to feedback and ability to turnaround deliverables by stipulated timelines
- Must be able to speak and write Chinese
