1. Allocate general and daily responsibilities.

3. Ensure all works are carried out according to construction drawings and specification.
4. Ensure site safety & health measures are in place before and during construction.
5. Troubleshoot site problems to ensure smooth progress of works.
6.To monitor materials on site in order to ensure that the appropriate material is available to meet the construction program.
7.Provide daily report and progress to managers.
