Job Description:
- Liaise with contractors for repairs of facilities & equipment.
- Supervise and monitor contracts / A&A projects.
- Assist in handling of day-to-day building facility checks.
- Attend to electrical and mechanical maintenance complaints and building defects.
- Ensure all preventive maintenance works are carried out according to prescribed checklist and schedule.
- Ensure building facilities & equipment are in good working order.
- Report irregularities to immediate supervisor.
- Monitor service contractors and sub-contractors on site work.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Source for quotations and to make recommendations for awarding maintenance work to competent service providers.
- Put up payment requests and certification for invoices on work done
Requirements:
- Diploma in Building Services / Property Management / Project & Facilities Management or related studies.
- Strong building knowledge with 3-4 years’ relevant experience in commercial buildings
- Conversant with local codes of practice and regulations.
- Good working knowledge in building, mechanical and electrical system.
- Experience in contract administration & license renewal.
- Good CAPEX & OPEX working experience
