Job Description:
You can expect to be involved in:
- Supervise Production Operations: Manage daily production activities, including scheduling, monitoring processes, and meeting production targets.
- Ensure Quality and Food Safety: Implement stringent quality control measures (e.g. HACCP), conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate production staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Production Planning and Optimization: Collaborate with the team to develop schedules, optimize resources, and minimize waste.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
- Inventory Management: Monitor raw materials and packaging inventory, coordinate with procurement for timely supplies.
- Maintains manufacturing procedures & specifications: Attend to all product quality, production manpower & technical issue.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, reports, and provide updates on performance to management.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum requirement: ITE in Engineering, Food Technology, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of working experience within the food manufacturing sector.
- Knowledgeable about ISO 22000/HACCP standards and Safety & Environmental regulations.
- Good communication skills.
- Demonstrated abilities in supervision, problem-solving, and team building.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm and Alterante Saturday (8.30am 12.30pm)
