Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Manage teams of workers, including the discipline, for daily work activities and assist them on technical and administrative matters. Carry out site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of teams.
· Liaise with Client, internal staff and sub-con on daily activities to ensure customer satisfaction
· Manage the project, its budget and work progress of the work activities.
· Participate in the performance assessment of personnel under your charge.
· Prepare site team with necessary tools, Equipment, PPE and procurement of them.
· Troubleshoot and able to service electronic / mechanical faults on equipment.
· Report and discuss to the Head of Department / Project Manager on site issue and propose suggestion to mitigate and improvement if any.
· For critical and urgent matters, you may need to attend to fault calls after office hours, to maintain the standard of site operations.
· Work with the Management on any area for improvement, and enhance the team’s level of professionalism
Job Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechatronic/Mechanical Engineering
· At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
· Familiarity with semi-conductor/construction industry
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Knowledge of QA/QC procedure (PQR/WPS) will be an added advantage
· Multi-tasking team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
· Attended QEHS related awareness training
