Does working in a fast-growing organisation in the heritage sector excite you? If yes, we would like to hear from you! You will join the corporate services team at Children’s Museum Singapore (CMSG), In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the Procurement & Admin policies and processes of CMSG, and supporting the change management process as the organization expands its offerings in children’s museum programmes, festivals, visitor experience technologies, heritage consultancy services, and business development. You will play a key role in the Corporate Services Team of the CLG. Your key responsibilities include the following:

Procurement and Admin Manager

Procurement

• Ensure all Procurement policies and workflows are up to date and properly in place.

• Oversee the procurement team and provide direction and guidance to ensure compliance with procurement policies and procurement framework, which are benchmarked against best practices and governance and are well understood by user departments.

• Review the vendors / services contracts to ensure they are prepared in accordance with terms and conditions.

• Follow thru the whole procurement process, preparation and drafting of tender etc.

• Collation and managed inventories

Admin

• Manage temp/intern contract, and submission of timesheet.

• Data Management, and record keeping accordingly to policies and governance.

• Support Board Related and sub-committee matter.

Job requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Business and Admin

• At least 2-4 years of experience in managing key procurement functions and Board related matters.

• Committed with good working attitude and resilience to produce the desired results.

• Effective stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Has a growth mindset in seeking continual improvements and keeping up with digital transformation that leads to significantly better and cost-effective outcomes.

• Good team player and meticulous

• Independent and self-driven with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and perform under pressure.

• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

• Effective writing and presentation skills with a good command of English preferred
