Role Summary:
We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Product Manager who is interested in the Fintech payments industry. You will assist in managing the product lifecycle, from planning to execution, and ensure that our payment solutions meet our customers’ needs and business goals.
What would be your Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing end-to-end product development of payment products from ideation, design, technical development, testing and roll out to post launch improvement and iteration.
- Assist the design of the new payment products/features and support the integration with new/existing payment providers.
- Assist in optimizing the payment product and improving end-user experience, operation efficiency and system stability.
- Effectively manage stakeholders’ expectations and project timeline including gathering and defining product requirements and specifications.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, designer, and QA to ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain payment product documentation.
What we Require from you:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- Internship Experiences in business analysis, product management or project management is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, be able to think logically and independently.
- Strong execution with a sense of responsibility and ownership, drive project forward and solve problem timely and efficiently.
- Self-driven, positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Knowledge in SQL coding logic is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to work with stakeholders who converse only in Mandarin).
