Job Summary:
The Accounts EAssistance is responsible for managing daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions, maintaining financial records, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Transactions:Process and record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Verify and reconcile invoices, statements, and financial records.
Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Account Reconciliation:Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accounting software and physical files.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of financial information.
Support and Collaboration:Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve any issues that arise.
Provide support and training to junior accounting staff as needed.
Education:Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
