Logistics Process & Project Engineer - European MNC
Salary: $6500 max

Job Scope:
Process management-
▪ Process analysis and definition
▪ Preparation of process documentation and training materials (and provide translations into other languages) for the implementation
▪ Plan and run process meetings, workshops and trainings
Project tasks in production and logistics processes, as well for HIP und Product-Life Cycle-
▪ Definition, development and implementation of concepts based on the corresponding processes incl. tests/releases as well as workshops and trainings and handover of the corresponding documents
▪ Compilation of project groups and definition of milestones, including resource and cost planning
▪ Coordination with internal and external interfaces as well as close cooperation with other departments
Support-
▪ Definition, procurement and monitoring of operating resources and licenses incl. user authorizations, support and maintenance at the workstations
▪ Processing of inquiries from sales offices, GLD as well as other logistics departments
▪ Preparation, support and follow-up of audits (internal and external)
▪ Assessment of quality issues
General tasks-
▪ Carrying out analyses (SAP, Excel, BW or similar) to prepare regular reports to management with preparation of KPIs
