Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description
As an Administrative Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our organization, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will lead a team of administrative professionals, manage office resources, and implement policies and procedures that enhance productivity and compliance.


Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Office Operations: Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, procurement, and maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Budget Management: Prepare and manage the administrative department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Project Management: Plan and coordinate administrative projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those set by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service delivery.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on administrative activities, budgets, and performance metrics for senior management.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 8-10 years of experience in administrative management, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior management role.
Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in office management software and tools.

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of administrative processes, office operations, and compliance requirements.
Attributes: A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
