BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Sense & Co Pte. Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers
Conduct customer visits
Prepare and follow up on quotation, opportunities on a regular basis
Actively pursue sales opportunities, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet sales targets and revenue goals
Coordination duties, serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams
Track payment schedules and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment for services rendered. Address any payment-related queries or issues as arise
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Perform any other duties assigned by the director.


Business Development Manager Requirements and skills

Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge

Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills

The ability to work under pressure.
Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
