Responsibilities:
- Work closely with superior to identify and analyze training needs for all levels of employees within the organization to make training more proactive, responsive and relevant to the needs of the business and its customers
- Support the sales team by focusing on performance improvement, effectively assessing training needs
- Implement and evaluate L&D plans to ensure that staff are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills in line with our business needs
- Work with internal or external partners to design and conduct appropriate training activities to meet industry standards
- Involve in change management, people development and retention of key talent
- Submit claims for training grants
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in business related field from local polytechnics or equivalent
- Preferably with 2 years relevant experience
- Familiar with OJT blueprint / training
- Good analytical and organizational abilities
- Possess strong customer service mindset
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and confident in dealing with people at all levels
- Proficient in MS Office
