Job Descriptions:

  • Act as a Solutions provider for managed and unified communications for enterprise and contact centre telecommunications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage and expand individual sales pipeline, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Review personal sales performance regularly and develop and implement sales strategies to meet and/or exceed targets.
  • Provide consulting and after-sales support to ensure smooth implementation and continued satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sale support and technical team to deliver optimal solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Higher Nitec and above.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interest / passion in sales.
  • Possess good knowledge and understanding of IT and Unified Communications (UC) products will be added advantage.

Working days - 5 days per week (Monday - Friday)
